BACK2BACK BEATS
Privacy Policy
Version 1.4 · 22 October 2026
Project request form
The project form collects your email address, request type and message, plus the artist name, links, budget, timeline and desired emotion you choose to provide. The page and submission time are included. FormSubmit forwards the entries to our Gmail inbox so Mose can answer your inquiry. Processing is for pre-contractual communication requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Required fields are marked. The success message confirms acceptance by the forwarding service, not delivery to the inbox.
Controller and contact
Mose (Back2Back Beats). Email: back2back.officials@gmail.com. This notice covers this website and the free-beat download form.
Free-beat form and download
The free-beat form collects your optional name, email address, selected beat and licence acceptance with its time and licence revision. The website validates these details on the server and stores the request in private, access-controlled Vercel Blob storage. The download link appears on the page only after storage is confirmed. This signup is not forwarded to FormSubmit or Gmail and is not a newsletter signup. The MP3 is not emailed. Google processes technical connection data when you download from Google Drive.
Purpose and legal basis
Request details are used to provide the download link, document the free demo licence and answer your questions. Providing the download and documenting the licence relies on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Blocking disposable addresses, security, abuse prevention and defence of legal claims rely on Article 6(1)(f), with an interest in protecting the service and documenting rights. Your email and beat selection are needed for the download; your name is optional. There is no automated decision-making or profiling by this form.
Optional newsletter and withdrawal
This website currently offers no newsletter registration. Download and project request details are used to handle that request, not to subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting and external services
Vercel hosts this website, processes technical connection data and privately stores free-beat requests. Project inquiries continue to be forwarded through FormSubmit to Gmail. Google Drive hosts MP3 files. BeatStars, Stripe and social media services you visit process data under their own privacy notices.
Web Analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated statistics about page views, referring websites, countries, devices, browsers and operating systems. The purpose is to improve content and navigation. The script is served through our own domain. Form entries, email addresses and the desired emotion for your project are not sent as analytics events. Before sending a page URL, we remove query parameters and fragments; only validated campaign labels may remain. We do not generate artificial click page views. Standard measurement uses no tracking cookies; Vercel derives a short-lived hash to count visitors and discards the visitor session after 24 hours. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in data-minimized audience measurement. You can object by contacting us or blocking the measurement script in your browser.
Short links and traffic source cookie
Campaign links such as /tiktok, /ig, /x and /go/... use a first-party session cookie named b2b_src to record the source channel. It contains the source label, not your name or email address. Validated source labels may also be included as campaign attribution in Web Analytics. The cookie expires at the end of the browser session and can be deleted in browser settings. The existing campaign endpoint may also process technical request data to route and secure the link.
Browser preferences
Your selected language (b2b-language), colour theme (b2b-brand-colour) and saved beat titles (b2b-saved-beats) are stored locally in your browser. The shortlist has no account and is not transmitted to us. Remove individual saved titles using their Save button or clear the browser storage. These preferences remain until you change or clear them. Provider-controlled embeds may use their own storage under their own policies.
Recipients and international processing
Vercel processes website connections and privately stored free-beat requests. FormSubmit and Gmail are used for project inquiries; Google Drive is used for downloads. These providers may also process data outside the EEA, including the USA. The applicable contractual transfer safeguards for the operator accounts require separate verification.
Retention
Free-beat requests and licence acceptances are kept in private Vercel storage for handling the request and documenting the licence. You can request deletion at back2back.officials@gmail.com, subject to necessary legal retention or defence of claims. IP addresses and browser data are not saved in this signup record. Google manages its own technical download logs.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; direct marketing can be objected to at any time. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email back2back.officials@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, Austria; dsb@dsb.gv.at; https://dsb.gv.at, or another competent supervisory authority.
