Free Demo License

This license applies to every beat you download for free via the download link on back2backbeats.com. The beat is not sent by email. By downloading the beat you agree to these terms.

1. Parties

Producer: Mose (Back2Back Beats). Contact: back2back.officials@gmail.com

You: the person who downloads the free beat (the "Licensee").

2. What you get

The Producer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, free license to use the downloaded beat for non-commercial purposes only, as described in sections 3 to 5. You only receive a tagged MP3 file. The producer tag must stay audible. You may not pass this license on, sublicense it or share the beat file with others.

3. Allowed use (non-commercial only, no money involved)

• Recording demos, sketches and practice versions
• Freestyles
• Pitching your song privately to artists, labels or managers
• Short clips on social media without any monetization
• One song on YouTube and SoundCloud only, not monetized

4. Limits

This license ends automatically as soon as one of these limits is reached, whichever comes first:

• 1,000 total streams across all uploads of your song
• 30 days from the day you download the beat
• The beat is sold to someone under an Exclusive license

When the license ends, you must stop using the beat and remove any content that uses it.

5. Not allowed

• Uploading to streaming platforms (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal or similar services
• Sync: using the beat in films, TV, ads, games or other video productions
• Radio and TV broadcasts
• Paid live shows
• Selling your song or the beat in any form, including downloads, physical copies or NFTs
• Monetization on YouTube or any other platform (ads, revenue sharing, paid content)
• Registering the beat or a song using it with Content ID or any other fingerprinting system
• Reselling, sharing or offering the instrumental itself, alone or in modified form
• Removing or covering the producer tag
• Any other commercial use

6. Credit

Every use must credit the Producer in the title or description with exactly this text: (prod. Back2Back Beats)

7. Ownership

The beat remains the sole property of the Producer. All copyrights and other rights in the beat stay with the Producer. You do not receive any ownership in the beat.

8. Upgrade and Exclusive

If you want to release your song, put it on streaming platforms, monetize it, go beyond the limits in section 4 or use it in a bigger project, you need a paid license. Paid licenses are available on the Producer's BeatStars store: back2backbeats.beatstars.com. Exclusive rights are only available on request via back2back.officials@gmail.com

9. Revocation

The Producer may revoke this license at any time, in particular if you break any of these terms. After revocation you must stop using the beat and remove any content that uses it.

10. Your email address

Giving your email address to get the download link is not a newsletter opt-in and does not mean you consent to our newsletter. You only receive the newsletter if you opt in separately.
