Your estimate is a planning guide. Send your brief, references and target date to confirm the scope, availability and written quote. Requesting an estimate does not book a slot or activate a licence.
Services cover one song up to 5 minutes and one agreed direction. A stereo source file counts as one track. Group stems do not qualify a larger session for a smaller package. Larger sessions, longer songs, new concepts and complex arrangements need a written scope quote before work. No surprise overrun fees.
All prices are in EUR for direct bookings. Any VAT legally due is included within the quoted total, not added silently. Your invoice will show the applicable tax treatment. Back2Back absorbs its standard payment-processing costs; separately disclosed bank or marketplace currency/platform fees may be outside this total.
Book 3–10 eligible units of the same service in one written order for 10% off the base subtotal. Basic MP3 and Catalogue Exclusive are excluded. Add-ons, rush and external costs are excluded. No stacking or unpublished discounts. More than 10 songs requires capacity and scope review, with the same base rates as reference.
One round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed brief. Production and mixing include two rounds; standalone mastering includes one. Custom + Full Mix & Master includes two beat rounds plus two rounds across mix/master. Extra in-scope rounds: €30 per song per round. Replacement recordings after approval, new concepts and deep editing are separately approved changes. Technical delivery mistakes are corrected without consuming a round.
Detailed tuning, comping, timing repair, arrangement changes or additional source tracks: €45/hour in 30-minute units (€22.50 minimum), estimated and approved first. One extra clean/radio/alternate edit from the approved version: €20 per song. Rush: +25% on the discounted base service subtotal only, subject to a confirmed slot. External musicians and clearance costs require separate approval.
Catalogue licences and orders below €300: 100% before work/delivery. Service orders of €300 or more: 50% advance, 50% after approval and before unwatermarked final files/licence activation. No instalment fees. Written quote valid 14 calendar days. Listed times are first-version planning targets in business days after the agreed start, complete brief/files and initial payment; client review time pauses the schedule. Dates and capacity are confirmed in writing.
For the same buyer, beat and new song, credit documented earlier direct licence payments toward a higher available tier, up to its price. No negative invoice, cash refund or cross-beat credit. An upgrade does not reset the original term or usage counters. Availability must be checked, especially after an exclusive sale.
Each lease covers one new song, including its promotional clips, music videos, monetisation and live performances within the stated caps. Audio streams and video views share the cumulative cap. Film, TV, games, brand advertising, instrumental resale, sound-pack resale and sublicensing require separate permission. DAW sessions and plugin licences are excluded. Non-exclusive buyers may not enrol the song in Content ID or similar automated rights systems.
Standard direct quote: no additional producer royalty on the artist’s new song master. The artist controls their new vocal recording, subject to the beat licence. Composition is separate: the starting proposal is 50% Back2Back when it supplies the entire original instrumental and 50% artist/songwriters. This is a split-sheet proposal, not an automatic ownership fact. Contributions, samples, co-producers and pre-existing melodies may change it. Mixing/mastering alone earns no songwriting share.
Exclusive stops future beat licensing. It does not automatically assign authorship, every copyright or publishing income. Earlier valid leases survive. Rights clearances and composition splits must be documented. Full buyouts, ghost production, label and sync deals are separately scoped and quoted. Credit: “Prod. Back2Back Beats”.
This rate card describes the commercial offer and does not replace the signed service/licence agreement. Sample clearance, actual splits, tax treatment, capacity and applicable consumer withdrawal/cancellation rules must be resolved there. No blanket non-refundable deposit rule applies. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Recording, distribution and third-party costs are not included.
